She does a bit of Property Law, Liquidations and Trust & Deceased Estates. She is also part of SAMLA which is a body for Attorneys and Medical Experts in respect of Medical Negligence cases.

Serisha joined the firm as a Candidate Attorney in December 2012 and completed in June 2014. She was later admitted as an Attorney and has been with the firm since then.

Started: He started working at the firm in July 2015 working as an Attorney. He is also an LLM Candidate in Labour Law. Khulekani basically deals with Criminal, Labour and Construction Law. He also does Civil which touches on unlawful arrest and detention. He

He says he loves being part of this team because he enjoys working here and that working closely with Mr Nepaul has trained him to be the best Attorney that he aspires to be.

He started working at the firm in March 2016; he then did 2 years of Articles and was admitted as an Attorney on the 8th of June 2018.

Waseem is an Attorney that mostly specialises in Civil Litigation and a fair bit of Criminal Law which includes Fraud, Unlawful Arrest, Reckless and Negligence Driving, Counterfeit Goods. He basically does Commercial Criminal work with a bit of Domestic Violence, Protection Orders, Dispute Resolutions and Arbitrations.

She started as a Candidate Attorney on the 10th of January 2018. Shabnum who was working at a Construction Company but had a law degree knew nothing about the legal fraternity when she started; but in a year she has been able to learn a lot and she has grown as she works extensively with Civil Law. Overall, she loves working at the firm as that has given her the opportunity to be a great attorney someday.
