When Mr Nepaul was still doing his articles, his then Principal promised to offer him a job when he was admitted as an attorney, but two months before his admission his Principal then told him that he was no longer able to offer Mr Nepaul the promised job, that was when Mr Nepaul took the decision to open his practice but also with the motivation of friends and clients that he had at the time. That closed door was the birth of this firm in 1987.
